Meet the Team

Rachel and Nate have been married for nine years and worked together in RBH for three years. Nate has been a licensed home builder for over twenty years. He is also a land developer and licensed commercial General Contractor. He has held Production Manager positions for several of Builder Magazine’s top 100 builders both in the Birmingham and Huntsville Divisions. Nate has also built up and sold an insulation company for profit. Nate is an avid hunter and loves Auburn Football, his Alma Mater. He loves his 13 year old son with Rachel and their 4 dogs.

Kayla graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of North Alabama in 2022, where she pursued a Bachelor's in Interior Architecture and Design, with a minor in Art.  Currently, as our Junior Designer, Kayla collaborates closely with our design team, assisting clients in turning their dream homes into reality.

Creating an array of visual tools, including mood boards, 3D models, and hand-drawn renderings, she's passionate about offering clients comprehensive insights into their design options. Kayla thrives on challenges, constantly pushing her creative and analytical boundaries.

Josie has worked for Rachel Brown Homes as an office manager for over seven years. She has a passion for making sure the “behind the scenes” run smoothly in the RBH HQ. She is known for her sparkly personality. She been married for ten years, has a 12 year old daughter and two dogs.  She is RBH Royalty.
